Document, maintain, upgrade or replace hardware and software systems; research as needed to resolve support issues; communicate with vendors as needed to resolve support issues. Other Miscellaneous duties include archive project files as needed. Experience to include: Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities: Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Broad-based knowledge in PC troubleshooting and repair.
