Onsite PC / Network Technician

Computing Made Easy is looking for a Full-time PC Technician.Responsibilities include: maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals. Document, maintain, upgrade or replace hardware and software systems; research as needed to resolve support issues; communicate with vendors as needed to resolve support issues. Other Miscellaneous duties include archive project files as needed. Experience to include: Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities: Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Broad-based knowledge in PC troubleshooting and repair. Demonstrated customer service skills, and ability to meet multiple deadlines.

May require lifting of equipment, kneeling and bending over to access data/voice connections in work areas and offices.

2+ years related experience. Certifications in: A+, NET+, MCP, MCSE, MCDST, CNA, CCNA are preferred. Please apply online.

Technician will work in-shop on computer repairs, will be required to go onsite as well, and provide phone support as needed.
